I workout

My sister and I hit the gym again today and since there weren't many people there, we were able to use some of the machines we didn't use on Monday. We definitely had a good workout that started with 30 minutes on the treadmill. It was hard but awesome.

We have decided to go workout on Tuesdays and Thursdays since not a lot of people go on those days and that'll allows to do what we need to do.

No week 4

I should've started Week 4 today but I didn't and not because I was lazy or didn't feel like it but because I went to the gym! Yes ladies and gents I went to the gym, exciting right?

My sister and brother-in-law got gym memberships and I can go with them so that's what I did today. We're learning the machines so there wasn't much of a workout besides 30 minutes on the treadmill and 3 different machines for me. I'm sure I'll be paying the price tomorrow and I'm looking forward to it!

Just kidding

I guess the saying "where there's a will, there's a way" is true because I ended up hopping on the treadmill last night for 13 minutes. I know it's not much but given the circumtanses and my mood yesterday, it is a lot so I'm proud of myself. 

Now, today I started Week 3 and holy mother of Christ I'm beyond dead! It feels good to be in so much pain, I'm going to regret saying that tomorrow since I'm going to be so freaking sore but at the moment I don't care. My shaky limbs give me great satisfaction. I'm itching to start seeing results and dropping a few pounds, I know it's going to take a while but I'm ready for it. 

I'm rambling on so I'm going to stop and add the picture of the exercises I'm doing this week.

Chaos

To be completely honest I skipped the last workout from last week, I had every intention of doing it but 3 different things happened: 1) Mother Nature hit me up and bad. 2) It was Valentine's Day so I had to get ready for my date. 3) My brother-in-law ended up in the hospital so all plans got cancelled and I watched my niece and nephew instead.

I'm supposed to start Week 3 today but I highly doubt I'll be doing it until tomorrow, watching the kids all weekend without a break took its toll on me and I'm exhausted so reading in bed and early bed time for me it is. I do plan on starting tomorrow if everything works out, if not I'm going to start the program all over.

Another day

I just got done doing day 2 and I could swear somehow the exercises got harder, I know I'm doing the exact same thing all 3 days but for some reason it was much harder this time. I'm not looking forward to doing it again on Friday...

Speaking of Friday, it's Valentines Day and I'm so excited to spend yet another of this holidays with my fiancé. We've been lucky enough to spend them all together since we started dating 4 years ago, that's one thing the Air Force hasn't been able to take away from us!

Week 2

I started week 2 of the 6 week program yesterday and my legs are dead. I don't have much to say about it since I'm doing the same exercises during the 3 days. So here it is.

Forgetful me

I've been working out, I swear. I just keep forgetting to write about it. The 6 week program I'm doing is only a 3 day a week thing but I still make myself do something during the "off" days except today, today I read. Not much surprise there hahaha. 

Here's what I'm supposed to do on days 2 and 3. I already did day 2, Friday is day 3. I know the day says Jan 5 and that's because I saved it on my phone on that date promising myself to start the next week but that obviously didn't happen.
