Chaos

To be completely honest I skipped the last workout from last week, I had every intention of doing it but 3 different things happened: 1) Mother Nature hit me up and bad. 2) It was Valentine's Day so I had to get ready for my date. 3) My brother-in-law ended up in the hospital so all plans got cancelled and I watched my niece and nephew instead.

I'm supposed to start Week 3 today but I highly doubt I'll be doing it until tomorrow, watching the kids all weekend without a break took its toll on me and I'm exhausted so reading in bed and early bed time for me it is. I do plan on starting tomorrow if everything works out, if not I'm going to start the program all over.
