Totally didn't workout again today because I spent the rainy afternoon we had here laying in bed reading a book and you know what? I don't feel bad. That's the thing about me, if I miss a workout or eat "horribly" (aka tons of junk) I don't ever feel bad because what's the point? It's not the end of the world and overworking out or eating less the next day to compensate is not the answer, it's only going to make things worse.
Sometimes is better to exercise your mind than your body.
