Today was my first "workout" of the year. I had this whole routine or whatever you call it planned out but just as I started my warm up on the treadmill I realized just how out of shape I am so I decided to only walk for 20 minutes. As I was walking I noticed that my step counting app wasn't working properly so I got frustrated after messing with it for awhile which resulted on a 10 minute walk.
I'm a bit disappointed with myself but tomorrow is a new day and hopefully the app cooperates!
