I decided not to let this cold keep me from working out so I got back into it. Unfortunately I only managed to get 5 minutes on the treadmill because I start coughing pretty hard and couldn't breathe. It really sucks but as they say "a small workout is better than no workout." I haven't made it back to my 2L of water a day just yet since I keep craving orange juice.
We'll see what tomorrow brings.
