I've heard many people say that "you are your own worst enemy" and in my case it is 100% true. It's not my attitude or mentality that makes it true, it's my immune system. Yup, my own body decides to get me sick every time I start working out. It never fails. It doesn't matter if it's spring, summer, fall, or winter; the second I become active, I get sick. Honestly it angers me because I can never make it past the first week without getting sick, which makes me start my workout routine all over again and I get discourage in the process. Thankfully, I don't have a set routine yet so I'm not too upset about it. I did spend the day laying around and eating junk but I still managed to drink 1L of water in between countless glasses of orange juice.
Hopefully tomorrow I feel better and can get to "attempting" to workout haha.
