I totally skipped the workout all together today and I don't feel bad either. I ate almost a bag of some kick ass jalapeño and cheese chips followed by (something my sister made up when she was pregnant with my nephew) tostitos chips with sour cream, cheese, and green salsa. I honestly don't regret any of it and wouldn't even if I hadn't drank 1.5L of water.
At least I have my water intake to be proud of today.
